What started out as a social media name for Michael, soon became a fully-fledged business, who had always been referred to as 'The Property Finance Guy'. Keen to build on his moniker, we cleverly incorporated a mascot design into the branding that resonated his own personality and injected some character to brighten up the world of property finance.
Alongside the main identity, we also created sub brands so our client could offer training courses, education and members only Facebook groups.
